Welcome to https://shreeambikadairyproducts.com/. By placing an order on this website, the customer (“Sender”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Pricing & Currency

  1. All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  2. Prices shown on the website may be higher than the MRP printed on mithai or namkeen boxes, as the MRP applies only to in-person purchases from respective shops.

  3. Website prices are inclusive of shipping, packaging, handling charges, and applicable taxes.

  4. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the price shown on the website and/or invoice generated.

  5. No complaint related to price difference or MRP shall be entertained once the order is placed.

  6. The company will not charge more than the prices shown on the website but reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


2. Order Placement & Acceptance

  1. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified.

  2. The sender is bound by these Terms & Conditions upon placing an order.

  3. Orders are subject to product availability at the selected delivery location.


3. Delivery Timelines

  1. Normal delivery time is between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  2. Domestic deliveries generally take 5–6 working days from the date of shipment.

  3. International deliveries generally take 7–8 working days from the date of shipment.

  4. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and logistics conditions.

  5. Early or delayed delivery shall not entitle the customer to any compensation.


4. Courier & Logistics

  1. Items delivered via courier, speed post, or registered post are governed by the respective courier company’s policies.

  2. The company reserves the right to charge the order amount if the recipient refuses delivery for any reason.

  3. The company may dispatch items in multiple shipments if certain items are not accepted together by couriers.

  4. All terms and conditions printed on the logistics partner’s consignment note are binding on the customer.


5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

  1. The customer must provide a complete address with pin code and valid contact number.

  2. Deliveries will not be made to post-box addresses.

  3. The company shall not be responsible for loss or delay due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  4. Mis-delivery caused by the recipient or any person falsely accepting the parcel shall not be the company’s responsibility.

  5. Delivery may be withheld if the consignee refuses to provide proper acknowledgement.


6. Product Availability & Substitution

  1. Products shown on the website are indicative only.

  2. If a product is unavailable in a selected city, it may be replaced with a product of equal or higher value.

  3. In unavoidable circumstances, the company may deliver a similar product from a different source.

  4. If no suitable alternative is available, the sender will be informed to modify or wait for availability.

  5. Perishable items may be replaced with less-perishable items if spoilage is expected during transit.


7. Perishable & Quality Disclaimer

  1. While best efforts are made to deliver fresh products, the company is not responsible for degradation due to transit delays.

  2. The company does not guarantee that the quality will meet the personal expectations of the recipient.

  3. Product images and accessories shown are for representation only unless explicitly mentioned.


8. Refund & Replacement Policy

  1. Any dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via email at me@shreeambikadairyproducts.com.

  2. Supporting photographs are mandatory.

  3. Approved refunds will be 75% of the product cost, excluding shipping and packaging charges.


9. Warranty Disclaimer

  1. All products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  2. The company does not warrant error-free service or exact product similarity.


10. Limitation of Liability

  1. The company shall not be liable for loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery caused by:

    • Acts of God

    • Natural calamities

    • War, riots, strikes

    • Political or local disruptions

    • Transport delays or mechanical failures

  2. No consequential or indirect damages including loss of profit, reputation, or opportunity shall be entertained.


11. Taxes & Government Charges

  1. The customer agrees to reimburse any charges incurred towards:

    • Octroi

    • Entry Tax

    • Sales Tax

    • Airport/Railway demurrage

    • Government penalties or permits


12. Proof of Delivery & Records

  1. Proof of delivery will be provided as a soft copy, subject to availability from the logistics partner.

  2. Physical proof of delivery is not guaranteed.

  3. The company reserves the right to destroy delivery records after 90 days.


13. Intellectual Property

  1. All trademarks, brand names, and company names belong to their respective owners.

  2. Their use on the website is solely for product identification purposes.


14. Legal Jurisdiction

  1. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anand (India) courts.


15. Indemnity & Third-Party Claims

  1. The customer agrees not to allow any third party to raise claims against the company.

  2. The customer shall indemnify the company against any such claims, costs, or legal expenses.


16. Responsibility of Sender

  1. If the recipient or consumer is different from the sender, it is the sender’s responsibility to communicate these Terms & Conditions to them.
